Perrill is an award-winning digital marketing agency that exists to power businesses to win online. We are in search of a Digital Project Manager to join our growing team.
The Project Manager plays a pivotal role in overall client success by managing tasks, projects, retainers, and internal resources to drive goals and produce positive ROI for our clients.
The key expectations of the Project Manager are to:
- Manage website build projects and other technology projects from kickoff through completion
- Establish clarity of requirements in terms of substance and deadlines for projects
- Clearly communicate expectations to stakeholders and SMEs
- Generate agendas, develop clear timelines, facilitate meetings, and coordinate action items for projects
- Prioritize tasks and internal resources based on business requirements
- Monitor task completion status and deadlines
- Ensure timely completion of tasks
- Identify and recommend process and system enhancements to improve effectiveness over time
- Create project plans within project management software, like Monday.com
Additionally, the Project Manager may work on projects that are technical in nature, requiring this individual to:
- Directly manage requests and escalations associated with IT service projects
- Work with Perrill software engineers to schedule appropriate resources for IT product installation
- Serve as liaison between Perrill and client team software engineers
- Suggest innovations and technical/process improvements that will lead to efficiencies and/or automation
Experience with digital marketing a plus
Salary: $75,000 to $90,000, depending on experience
